The ten positive activities illustrated in the Positive Climate Action Map lead to carbon removal, carbon capture, or carbon avoidance (or a combination).
Almost all of the various sustainable initiatives we hear about and pursue in the fight against climate change ultimately map to these 10 activities.
Supporting some of these positive solutions can also help manage the land and water pollution that are having profound health effects on all living species.
The Positive Social Action Map looks at the issues related to social inequality. This includes inequalities amongst race, gender, and economic disposition. Inequality often manifests in unjust and unequal treatment of populations, leading to issues such as inequality in environmental impacts, increase in crime, and bias in wealth and wellness distributions.
Many initiatives at the corporate, community, and individual level ultimately map to the 10 positive activities listed here.
