OUR WHY

Why are we doing this?

Did you know that:

  • Industrialized countries waste an estimated US$680 billion every year according to UN Food and Agriculture
  • The United States has one of the highest gender wage gaps in the developed world.
  • There will be about 1 billion more mouths to feed worldwide by 2025 and global agriculture alone will require another 1 trillion cubic meters of water per year
  • 780 million people live without clean drinking water.

Understanding & addressing Environmental, Social & Governance challenges in our world can have a significant impact on the health of our society.  Issues like climate change, water stress, deforestation, inequality, access to medicine, and corporate transparency  are real issues that have profound direct and indirect effects on our lives.

What can we do:

By integrating sustainable products and behaviors throughout our every day lives, we have the opportunity to embed sustainability into the core of who are; we start living a Sustainable Lifestyle and positively impact our society in so many important ways; by addressing water shortage through our groceries, supporting equality through our clothing choices, reducing plastic waste through our skin-care products, reducing catalysts for pollution by choosing the right house-hold products, investing in companies that are addressing these systemic risks through our mutual funds, etc.

Please join us living more sustainably, so that you not only make a difference, but so that you are the difference; and in doing that, become a more sustainable YOU.
